Using Wicket

Why didn't I receive my card?

There may be something wrong with your address on file. Reach out to us and we'll figure out what happened.

How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?

That's easy! Just let your employer know you're using Wicket now. Give them the routing number (211075086) and your account number.

Where do I find my account number?

Your Wicket account number can be found in app once you've successfully logged in. Simply tap on the account tile and select Details.

If my friend opens a Wicket account, do I get anything?

From time to time Wicket offers referral bonuses. Simply send/share the Wicket referral link and you and your friend will receive the bonus when they successfully sign up for an account with Wicket.

Does Wicket offer Bill Pay?

Bill Pay is coming soon!

Does my Wicket account come with checks?

No, Wicket does not have check writing capabilities. You can use your card to withdrawal funds, make purchases, and pay bills through your merchant's billing program.

How do I deposit funds?


We offer three options for depositing funds into your Wicket account:

Transfer funds from a linked bank account.
If you have an account with another bank, you can link that account to your Wicket account and then transfer funds electronically. To link your external bank account, simply sign into the app, then tap on $ and tap "Add Account".

Direct Deposit.
Ask your employer to deposit your paycheck directly into your Wicket account. Most employers can easily do this using your XX-digit Wicket account number and routing number. Your account and routing number are available to you in the Wicket mobile app. Or you may complete and download the Early Direct Deposit form through the Wicket mobile app, and submit it to your employer. (TBD)

Mobile Check Deposit.
(Coming Soon!) Sign into the app and access the Mobile Deposit feature to deposit your checks. Then simply follow the instructions provided to make your deposit. Mobile deposits take one business day to process and additional holds may apply. See our Funds Availability Schedule for more details.

How do I link an account to Wicket?

Sign into the app and tap $ then Add Account and we'll guide you through the steps to add your bank. You'll be prompted to enter your login credentials for your external bank so that we can verify ownership of that account. Once your account is linked, you can request to transfer funds to/from your linked bank account.

How do I remove a linked bank account?

Just tap on the account tile for your linked account. From there you will be able to remove the account.

Can I have more than one external account linked to my Wicket account?

You may have more than one external account linked, but we do limit the number of accounts you may add for security purposes. For this reason, we also do not disclose the number of external accounts that may be linked.

I can't find my bank when I try to add an account.

We use a service called Plaid to link external accounts to your Wicket account. If you are unable to locate your bank in the list, try searching for your bank by name. If you are still unable to locate your bank, it may not be part of Plaid's system and can't be added for this reason. Sadly we are not able to connect with all banks. Please let us know if your bank isn't listed and we'll request that Plaid add it to their network.

How do I send money to my family or friends?

Use Wicket Peer Transfers to send money to friends and family ("friends"). Connect your contacts to find friends in your Wicket Peer list to send them money instantly.

Your friend isn't a Wicket member? Well, why not invite them to join Wicket so you can send them money instantly. We make it super easy and may even offer you a referral incentive entitling you and your friend to a bonus if they accept your invite and successfully open a Wicket account.

Can I really get my direct deposit two days early?

Yes, it's possible! Most employers let us know a few days in advance how much your deposit will be. As long as we have that notice we can give you early access to your money.

When can I start using Bill Pay?

Wicket Bill Pay is not available yet. If you'd like to pay bills from your Wicket account, you can sign up with your biller directly through their website (if available).

Can I print my own checks?

No, Wicket does not support check writing capabilities. Once Bill Pay is available, you can use the service to pay bills electronically.

What do I do if I don’t recognize a transaction on my account?

Let us know right away by reaching out to the Wicket Member Support team Help@wicket.com. We will be happy to work with you to figure out what's going on.

What’s this charge on my account?

Sometimes things just don't look right. If you don't recognize a transaction posted to your account, reach out to Wicket Member Support. We will be happy to work with you to figure out where your money went.

I need a large amount of cash now. What should I do?

You can withdrawal up to $500 a day at an ATM. If you need to access more than the daily withdrawal limit permits, please reach out to Wicket Member Support and we'll see how we can assist you.

Can I get Money Orders or Cashier’s checks?

No, we do not offer Money Orders or Cashier's checks.

How do the categories in my account history work?

When a transaction goes through your account, we'll assign it a category based on the merchant type (that's the place where you made the transaction). If it's not right, you can assign a new category to that transaction by selecting the transaction detail and tapping on the category. We use machine learning technology to become smarter about categorizing your transactions so we can make it easier for you in the future.

Can I wire money?

Wire transfers are not available.

Can I send money internationally?

We do not offer international money transfer services at this time.

I sent my friend money, but they don’t have it yet. What should I do?

Reach out to the Wicket Member Support team. We'll get to the bottom of it.

How do I stop a payment on my account?

Reach out to the Wicket Member Support team. We can help you with that.

Which ATMs can I use?

Wicket belongs to the Money Pass and Cirrus networks. To find the nearest ATM, sign into the app, tap Settings > Find ATMs

How do I locate the closest ATM?

Security & Privacy

How do I change my password?

You can do that using the Wicket app. Once you're signed into the app, go to Settings > Security, then select the option to update your password.

Can't sign into the app? Simply click the link for Forgotten Password, then follow the instructions.

How do I activate/deactivate Face Recognition?

The Wicket app settings will allow you to turn off Face Recognition in Settings > Security.

How do I activate/deactivate Voice Recognition?

The Wicket app settings will allow you to turn Voice Recognition in Settings > Security.

Is my money insured by the FDIC?

Yes, funds in your Wicket account(s) are insured by the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Company) through our partner bank, Radius Bank, up to the legal limit of $250,000.

What is the FDIC number?

FDIC insurance is offered through our banking partner, Radius Bank. Their FDIC number is 32551.
